Calculator inputs
Values entered into calculators are processed on your device. Metricivo does not send or store those values on a Metricivo server. Copying a result uses your browser’s clipboard feature only when you press the copy button.
Invoice information and local drafts
Business details, customer information, line items, logos, notes, and payment instructions entered in the invoice generator are processed on your device and are not sent to Metricivo. PDF creation also happens in your browser.
If you select “Save on this device,” the invoice fields are saved in that browser’s local storage so you can restore the draft later. Logos are not included in saved drafts. You can delete the draft from the invoice generator or remove Metricivo’s stored site data through your browser.
Basic hosting data
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Retention and handling depend on the hosting configuration.
Analytics and consent
If you accept analytics, Metricivo loads Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. It may collect the page viewed, referring page, approximate location, device and browser information, and engagement events. Metricivo does not intentionally send calculator inputs or results to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics can use identifiers such as the _ga and _ga_* cookies. Analytics does not load when you decline. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, and you can reopen “Analytics preferences” from the footer at any time. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising
Metricivo does not currently display advertising or load advertising cookies. Before Google AdSense or another advertising service is activated, this policy and the consent system will be reviewed and updated as required.

External services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as the site changes; the review date below identifies the current version. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.
